1. Australasia

Australasia has become Manchester’s hidden gem when it comes to eating and drinking out. Beside Armani in Spinningfields is a plush Australian and Indonesian themed bar and restaurant, all uniquely wrapped underground underneath Manchester’s mysterious glass pyramid.

2. Dusk Til Pawn

Go incognito in what appears to be a pawn shop but is a debonair storefront serving uniquely crafted cocktails. Located outside of Piccadilly train station, this is Manchester’s newest 70’s rock neon themed hotspot for those secret affairs with alcohol. Upgrade yourself with some “me time” in one of the city’s most hidden bars – no one will know!

3. MOJO

One of Manchester’s liveliest cocktail bars just happens to be one of the city’s hidden delights. If you’re one for American culture and the rock ‘n’ roll scene then this is the place for you. Located on Bridge Street in the city centre, the bar serves American themed food and drink in a dreamy American diner setting. What’s more is that it’s open from late afternoon until early morning for you to enjoy a taste of culture from over the pond.
